Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your contract is concluded when we confirm your order — until then you can cancel free of charge, and if we don’t confirm within the acceptance window, your order is cancelled automatically and you are never charged.

When you place an order your card is authorised, not charged: the amount is reserved with your bank. You’re charged only when we confirm your order. If we can’t confirm it, the reservation is released back to your card.

Where prices are shown for your region, they include applicable taxes and, for the regions we ship to duty-paid, import duties — the price at checkout is the price you pay. Made-to-order pieces ship within the lead time shown on the product page, counted from the day we confirm your order.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms: a 14-day return right from delivery of the last item, free faulty returns, refunds that include the duties and taxes you paid, and any disclosed return-label fee for change-of-mind returns. Genuinely bespoke or personalised pieces are exempt from the change-of-mind right, as shown on the product page and at checkout.

If something is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply in full and are never limited by these terms: within 30 days of delivery you’re entitled to reject faulty goods for a full refund including return costs, and your remedies continue beyond that period as the law provides.
